At StarLearns (starlearns.com), we strive to ensure our students have the best learning experience possible. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing any courses or subscriptions.
1. Digital Products & Courses
Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all sales are considered final once the course material has been accessed or downloaded. We generally do not offer refunds for digital products. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur.
2. Eligible Refund Criteria
Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: You encounter persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same course twice. (You must notify us within 48 hours).
- Non-Delivery: The digital product or access credentials were not delivered to your account or email.
3. Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription plan (e.g., monthly access), you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation will stop all future billing.
- You will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible criteria, please email our support team with your order details, registered email address, and a clear explanation of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
